"It's been a really tough year for me, and my best friend bought me a Bird + Stone bracelet as a testament to my strength and perseverance in a time of adversity.
Each time I glance down at my wrist I feel like I am enough, and I can conquer today!"

A Note From Our Founder
"Personally, I started a personal therapy practice for the first time in 2021.
For me, I had many friends who encouraged and helped me along the way (thank you, Jaimee!). But, financial costs are often a barrier.
That’s why I’m so excited for this new collection that shines a light on mental health and addresses financial costs to seeking therapy by supporting organizations making mental health services more accessible.
I hope you'll join us in wearing this message that it's okay to show up as you are, it's okay to ask for help, and as a reminder to show kindness to each other — and to yourself." - Elana
A Love Letter To Yourself
We chose the phrase 'Come As You Are' because it's a reminder that you don't need to change anything about yourself to be worthy of love, respect, and patience.
This bracelet is a testament to the small things. It can be hard to remind yourself of your worth, but we hope that this helps you work towards it.
We want to help others too, which is why this bracelet set donates to Loveland Foundation, an organization working to make mental health services more accessible for all.
