What does Bird + Stone mean?
You can think of it as "two birds with one stone" - jewelry that gives back. By buying our jewelry, you are supporting a more equal world where everyone can follow their dreams, whether it be pursuing their education, accessing healthcare, or starting a business in a developing community.
Where do you make your products?
All of our metal cuffs are manufactured in the USA by family owned factories. Our beaded products are handmade in New York City.
What metals are your cuffs made from?
All of our cuffs are made from brass. The silver cuffs are Sterling Silver-plated and the gold cuffs are 14K Gold-plated.
Does the jewelry come with any packaging explaining the story behind it?
Yes! Each item of jewelry comes with a postcard explaining the cause it supports and the impact of your purchase, even when it comes as a set.
Do you provide a gift note or gift box?
Yes! Each order comes with an optional complimentary gift note. If you would like to make your order extra special, gift boxes ($3.00 each) and greeting cards ($3.95) are available at check out. Be sure to check the "Is this a gift?" box.
What size should I choose for the bracelet?
Our metal cuffs are one-size-fits-all. Our beaded bracelets are stretchy and come in three sizes: S (7 in), M (7.5 in), & L (8 in). Small and medium are standard sizes for women. Order up a size if you'd like more room in your bracelet. We also do complimentary exchanges if you have a fit issue and we’ll get it taken care of for you!
I didn’t see any sizing for cuffs. Are they adjustable?

When will my order be shipped?
Everything is handmade in the USA and all orders are shipped out from our Brooklyn office. Please allow 3-5 business days Delivery within the continental US typically takes 7 days from ship date. Please choose Priority Mail shipping option to expedite ship time.

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number via email when your package is on its way!
I am checking my tracking but I don’t see the package status has updated?
When a package is shipped from our office, it takes a day for the scan to be updated.
My tracking status says the package has been delivered, but I haven’t received a package.
Our packages are sent via USPS and sometimes the tracking status will be updated to ‘Delivered’ a day early. Usually, this means the package will be delivered the following day.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do! We have two tiers for shipping internationally - First Class (no-rush) and Priority (6-10 day). Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These additional charges must be paid once the package has arrived in your country, but before it is delivered. Unfortunately, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges for sizes of unworn jewelry (with tags) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com to arrange return shipping on us!
My bracelet doesn’t fit! Can I exchange it?
Yes, we do complimentary exchanges. Simply send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get it sorted for you.
