Shipping

Everything is handmade in the USA and all orders are shipped out from our fulfillment center in NY. 

  • Regular shipping: 2-5 days from order date, $4.95 (free shipping for orders over $75) 
  • UPS Ground: 2-5 days from order date, $9.95 
  • UPS 2-Day: Guaranteed delivery option, $25
  • UPS Overnight: Guaranteed delivery option, $35

With the holidays approaching, we do encourage customers to place orders early. Every product comes packaged in its own branded and beautifully designed product box. If you want an additional box or to purchase a greeting card, please check "Is this a gift?" box at checkout to add a gift note or purchase a greeting card.

We have two tiers for shipping internationally. 

  • First Class (no-rush)
  • Priority (6-10 days from ship date)

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees. These additional charges must be paid once the package has arrived in your country, but before it is delivered. Unfortunately, this may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

We ship all orders that arrive by 5PM EST on the next business day. 

(1) Reference Confirmation Email

You will receive a shipment notification with your custom USPS tracking number via email when your package is on its way! Please refer to the tracking link provided.

(2) Reference your Bird + Stone Account

Step 1 - Login to your Bird + Stone account and go to My Orders.

Step 2 - Click on the order you wish to track.

Step 3 - Click on details.

We ship our domestic orders using USPS and sometimes the tracking status will be updated to 'Delivered' a day early. 

If your tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered but you haven't receive it, please allow 1-2 days for the package to arrive. 

If two days have passed, please reach out to us (hello@birdandstone.com), and we will do what we can to help!

You can change shipping address before the order is shipped. Please reach out to us (elana@birdandstone.com) to start the process. Please be sure to include the correct address(es) in your note to us so that we can make the change quickly. 

Returns and Exchanges

You can change the order before the package is shipped. If your order has already shipped, we won't be able to make any adjustments until it's received. Please reach out to us (elana@birdandstone.com) and we will try our best to help.

We accept returns and exchanges for sizes of unworn jewelry (with tags) within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at elana@birdandstone.com. 

For the holidays, we extend our exchange and return period to 60 days from delivery, for items purchased between November 1 to December 31.

Yes, we do complimentary exchanges. Simply send us an email at elana@birdandstone.com and we’ll get it sorted for you

We work very closely with our production team and factories to ensure high quality products for you. If your product has a defect, please reach out us at hello@birdandstone.com. Please include a picture of your product so that we can help you in a more timely manner. 

Product

Our cuffs are adjustable. They are one-size-fits all. Here’s a video on how to adjust your cuff bracelet.

Our beaded bracelets are stretchy and come in three sizes. Order up one size if you'd like more room in your bracelet. We also do complimentary exchanges if you have a fit issue and we’ll get it taken care of for you! 

  • S (7 in) : Recommend for girls and women with thin wrists
  • M (7.5 in) : Standard size for women 
  • L (8 in) : Recommend if your wrist is bigger than 7.5" circumference. We can also help you with a custom size if our default sizes are too small for your wrist.

Our sterling silver, silver-plated, and gold-plated cuffs are nickel free. 


Our stainless-steel cuffs contain 8-12% nickel. 

Use cotton ball or soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt it has acquired. If your cuff needs more cleaning you may clean it with a soap water. Use anti-tarnish cloth designed for silver use for more severe tarnish.

*We don't recommend anti-tarnish cloths for our gold-plated cuff

Our metal cuffs are manufactured in the USA by family-owned factories. Our beaded products and necklaces are handmade in New York City.

Each item of jewelry comes with a postcard explaining the cause it supports and the impact of your purchase, even when it comes as a set. And you can learn more about how we are supporting in our cause page.  

Every product comes packaged in its own branded and beautifully designed product box. If you have purchased a set of two or four bracelets or would like additional boxes for gifting, additional boxes and greeting cards are available for purchase at checkout. Be sure to check the "Is this a gift?" box. 

We do offer complimentary gift notes, check the "Is this a gift?" box at check out to include a gift note.

You can think of it as "two birds with one stone" - jewelry that gives back. By buying our jewelry, you are supporting a more equal world where everyone can follow their dreams, whether it be pursuing their education, accessing healthcare, or starting a business in a developing community.
